Are you affiliated with the courts or FURS?
No. We're an independent service that summarises publicly available notices. The official notice always prevails.
Where does the data come from?
The public portals SodneDrazbe.si and furs.edrazbe.si, and the GURS real-estate transaction register (CC BY 4.0).
Can foreigners bid?
Bidding happens only on the official portals and requires registration there. Eligibility rules for foreign bidders are not covered by our service. Please check with the court or a lawyer.
When do you launch?
We're building it now. Waitlist members hear first.
Is a big discount a guaranteed bargain?
No. Valuations come from court appraisals and our market comparison is statistical. Always inspect the property and read the documents.
