  • Geodetska uprava Republike Slovenije, Evidenca trga nepremičnin (kupoprodajni posli), stanje 27. 09. 2026. Licenca CC BY 4.0. We use only aggregated median prices per m² (free-market transactions, last 24 months, minimum 5 transactions).

How we work

  • Automated, polite collection (max one request per 5 seconds, cached), respecting the portals' robots.txt.
  • We never download or republish attachments (sale orders, appraisals) or photos – follow the link to the official notice for documents.
  • Every record passes a personal-data filter before storage (see the privacy notice).
  • Discount = 1 − starting price / appraised value, from the official structured data. Summaries are generated deterministically from structured fields (no AI).
